How much do you charge?
Free estimates will be provided for most jobs. This requires an appointment at the job site to determine the amount of work necessary.
How do you charge for troubleshooting?
Typically, a minimum fee is charged, which pays for 2.5 hours of service and give $50 off for first time customers. Our hourly rate is charged thereafter. Please call for current rates.
How long does it take for you to show up?
Every attempt will be made to schedule your appointment within 24 hours. Once we arrive for a service call, most issues are fixed in a few hours or less.
What if I just need advice?
We are here to help, even if it’s just phone support. Minor issues can be resolved by phone, however, due to safety concerns a licensed electrician is most often recommended.
Do you except credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What kind of insurance do you have?
We currently carry a $2,000,000 commercial general liability policy, and all employees are covered by workers comp insurance as mandated by California law.
